Homework and Supplementary note

Please complete the last OE Comprehension task, Task Number 5, on pages 67 to 69 of your PSLE Booklet. Remember to apply the QRAC and TGPS strategies with accompanying annotations. You are to submit your completed work tomorrow.

Also, for those who are able to spare the time, I would like you to stay on after supplementary lesson tomorrow for another 45 minutes. This is so that we will be able to complete the checking of Practice 5 paper. However, if you are not able to do so, it is perfectly alright.

Homework (ONLY TO BE DONE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY)

• OE 3 and 4 on pages 61 to 66 of your PSLE Booklet. Remember to use QRAC, annotations and TGPS. This task is due on Monday.
• Also remember to place your order for your class photos. Seal your exact amount inside the envelopes given to you. If you are not ordering, you still need to submit the empty envelope on Monday.

I wish all of you all the very best in your Oral Examinations tomorrow and Friday. Knowledge is just potential until you implement it. Go for it people!

Remember ...

1. Get your parents to acknowledge the reply slip for your PSLE Oral Notification letter that was given out today. The slip MUST be returned to me on Tuesday.
2. Complete English Practice Paper 5 within 1 hour and 50 minutes. Time yourself! This paper is due on Tuesday too.
3. Read the 10 reading passages found in your PSLE Booklet (pages 70 to 74) as practice. We will be doing peer evaluation next week (Tuesday and Wednesday) before your PSLE Oral on Thursday (MT) and Friday (English). Target: Band 1 (9 or 10 marks)
4. Prelims LC will be held on Tuesday.

Weekend assignment

Complete PSLE Booklet OE Comprehension 2 on pages 58 to 60. I would like to see evidence of you using the QRAC strategy with annotations and TGPS. This is due on Monday.
