LRD task

Refer to LRD (11 March 2014).
If you are participating in the activity, please remember to send me a copy of your essay via email. Also, by doing so, you will automatically qualify for 30 points and if your essay is published, you will receive 300 points for your group. The due date for this task is 23 March.

However, if you decide to not participate in the essay activity, you are required to write your response to the prompts:

• How would you react?
• What would the two of you do?

You will need do a short write-up (of at least 50 words) in your Spelling / LRD book and submit it by tomorrow, 13 March.

Test 1

8. Neither Sandra nor the twins know the answer to the Mathematics question.
9. John screamed out in pain when the doctor injected the antibiotics into his arm.
10. Although it was raining very heavily, thousands of fans continued waiting outside the airport for the arrival of their idol.
11. The consumers staged a protest outside the company's headquarters as they were displeased with the company's policy on animal testing.
12. This application form will not be processed unless it bears the signature of the participant.
13. The volcano which erupted last Wednesday has destroyed the houses of many villagers.
14. Since he shot to fame in 2008, he has worked with many Hollywood celebrities and directed many films.
15. The mischievous twins made a mess of the house while their parents were attending a relative's wedding dinner.

Art, Test and Consent Form

• For our Art lesson tomorrow, please bring along a piece of drawing block paper and your black marker (if you have one)
• Synthesis Test 2 tomorrow, so revise. 
• Submit your consent form reply slip for the upcoming Supplementary lesson by tomorrow.

Reminders for tomorrow ...

• Please get your parent to acknowledge the CA1 Paper and returned it to me , hole-punched and ready to be filed in.
• You will be required to write a composition so bring along your 'stuff' 
• Submit the completed LS 4.1
