Community Chest Donation Drive

Some things to take note:

1. Place cash or cheques in the donation envelopes. Cheques are to be made payable to “Community Chest – Children’s Day Appeal 2014”
2. Fill in your particulars on the donation envelopes and return them to me latest by 31st October 2014.    
3. Do not use the envelopes for any public or door-to-door collection.
4. Return the empty envelopes back to me, if your parents decide against making a donation.
5. The sticker sheet is used in conjunction with an activity sheet. Carry out the tasks with your family and submit the completed sheet to me.

Bring your ...

... if you are representing the class for badminton, you should bring your rackets. For the rest of you, you may bring your rackets too, just for the fun of it. I will try to provide some time tomorrow for you to try out the games (soccer, captain's ball and badminton).

... is Rainbow Day + Children's Day Celebration. You are encouraged to come in your colourful casual wear but be warned that pyjamas and flip-flops or any other of the same nature, are strictly prohibited.
